Expected Salary: $65,000 - $110,000 annually depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced New Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for individual revenue generation with the primary objective of implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve set revenue goals. The New Business Development Manager will prospect, qualify and develop sales opportunities to target fast growing emerging brands, multi-unit and franchise systems with over 150 locations. The ideal candidate will work independently, manage time efficiently, and work as an important part of the sales team to generate new business for Location3.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, qualify and develop sales opportunities to target fast growing emerging brands, multi-unit and franchise systems.

• Create qualified sales leads and fill up the sales pipeline through a combination of email campaigns, research, follow up calls and attending virtual and in person events.

• Identify and target potential clients in various sectors, including healthcare, finance, education, and technology.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure ongoing business.

• Work with the prospects marketing, digital team to identify digital marketing needs, prospect challenges and objectives.

• Create enthusiasm for the L3 brand at trade shows, company sponsored events, platform demonstrations and other initiatives.

• Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new opportunities.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

• Create quarterly sales plans with forecasted revenue and accomplishments.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support the sales strategy.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

• Experience creating markets, moving prospects along the sales cycle, and closing sales at mid-size and large brand organizations.

• Be familiar with enterprise and local digital marketing.

• Can demonstrate a track record selling to high level prospects with annual budgets over $50K.

• Experience in closing business with a long sales cycle.

• Creative in trying new prospecting techniques and developing key account strategy for targeted accounts.

• Needs to be self-motivated, a team player and fit into the culture.

• Experience using Salesforce.

• Excellent listening, verbal, written, presentation and closing skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel to attend industry events and meet with clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
