Location3 is looking for an independent contractor to provide recruiting services. We are looking for someone with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

A successful recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and will work with the Director of HR to proactively identify future hiring needs. This position should also be able to attract candidates using various sources. Our ideal recruiter has work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of this role are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

This position pays $50 per hour with $1000 bonus for every position filled. The number of hours will vary from month to month depending on our hiring needs and there are no guaranteed number of hours.

*This is a remote position but we are only able to hire within the U.S.

Recruiter requirements are:

  • Experience as a recruiter
  • Experience recruiting for digital marketing positions
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to use time efficiently and work quickly to ensure candidates are kept engaged throughout the recruitment process
  • Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Effective communication skills
