As a Paid Social Associate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid social media strategies that resonate with our target audiences and align with our clients’ goals. You will also serve as an advisor to our franchisee clients, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Expected Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 annually depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and achieve maximum ROI
  • Assist with implementing ad creatives and copy
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective campaign elements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates
  • Assist in preparing for and presenting reports on campaign results to clients and internal teams
  • Serve as an advisor for assigned clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid social media marketing
  • Experience in client-facing and or customer service role
  • 1+ years of agency experience
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics & tracking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid social campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights
