Position Summary
Location3 is looking for an Associate Account Manager to provide support to client teams across select digital disciplines. This includes being able to multitask, problem solve, manage multiple timelines and work across functions on occasion. A successful team contributor will perform tactical tasks effectively and with minimal supervision, develop collaborative relationships with team members, display communication and act proactively.

Expected Salary - $45,000 to $55,000 depending on experience


  • Support Account Management through
    • Research - complete any necessary research to fulfill campaign needs as delegated by Account Managers; monitor news alerts about the client on an ongoing basis to ensure that Account Managers are up to date on relevant information.
    • Keyword and Ad Copy development - keyword and ad copy development are vitally important to the success of campaigns. Ensure that any such development delegated by Account Managers is done with great attention to detail, and in line with Location3 best practices.
    • Reporting - complete all reporting needs delegated by Account Managers on time and with accuracy.
    • Monitoring – Account notification, pacing
    • Optimization – Assist with micro-optimization to campaigns to improve performance
  • Account Management of Smaller Accounts and responsible for
    • Day-to-day optimization and monitoring of assigned accounts, with a specialized focus on direct response and performance
    • Ongoing recommendations for campaign growth, enhancement, and innovations
    • Responsible for implementing client PPC strategy, building campaigns and identifying tactics necessary for the proper management of campaigns
    • Assists in managing client relationships by balancing their day-to-day needs and their long-term objectives
    • Compilation of performance results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis with analysis for client presentations
    • Remaining on top of the search industry
    • Collaborating with other departments within the company
    • Establishing priorities and providing detailed goals, expectations, and performance standards
    • Relates important decisions and actions to the big picture

It's Necessary

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in direct response, performance-based ROI campaigns
  • Knowledge of Google & Microsoft Ads
  • Proficient in Microsoft office esp. MS Excel and the use of formulas, pivot tables and vlookups
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to take initiative, self-starter
  • Analytical ability to sort through data and find solutions to challenges
  • Positive attitude
